Grain Bouquet
| Several years ago, I took a hike in nearby Tyler Arboretum and photographed a single head of wild grass against a blurred but distracting background. In Photoshop, I superimposed a wood texture to mute the background, then selected the head of grass and made it a separate layer. I made 3 copies of this grass layer, then played with these 4 layers moving, flipping, and changing their size and color until I ended up with a "grain bouquet"! |
