Somewhere in Manhattan, I looked up and photographed these buildings -  plus a rather boring sky.  Later, I selected the sky and replaced it with a blue one containing a moon.  I then applied the KPT3 Video feedback filter to produce the spiral of multiple moons, and finished up with a dose of the Cloud filter for the final effect.
